Team Photos

Our team and individual photos for season 2024 will be taken in the training week from 3 to 6 June 2024. See the Photo Schedule below for the day and time that your teams' photo will be taken.

With 40 teams and over 600 players, you will appreciate that team photos are a big exercise for our Club. If everyone comes prepared and follows the directions of the committee and photographer, we can all make sure that things run in a timely way. 

Please read the information below to be prepared and help everything run smoothly.

• 10-15 minutes prior to photo time - Teams should gather on the grassed area between the canteen and the bottom field. This allows players enough time to put their jersey on and make themselves presentable for the photos. Players that are uncomfortable changing in public, may choose to change in the toilets.
• Teams will then line up from shortest to tallest ready for the photographer. If the team has a designated captain, they should stand at the front of the line.
• Teams are then called in for their team photo. Please follow the instructions of the photographer.
• Following the team photo, team managers will be required to write the names of players according to the snapshot provided by the photographer. If your player needs to be listed with a name other than the name they are registered under, please make your team manager aware.
• After the team photo, teams will move along to have their individual photos taken. Again, please follow the instructions of the photographer. Players will need to tell the photographer their name so that photos can be assigned to the correct player.
• If anyone wants to have Family (coach and child, sibling, etc.) Photos taken, this should be done while the player is having their individual photo taken.
• Following the individual photos, players can return their jersey to their team coach/manager.
• Allow 45 minutes from the start of the team photo to the end of the individual photo. If a player leaves before their photo is taken, we can’t guarantee another time to take their photo. 

Players MUST be wearing correct playing shorts and socks for the team photo.

Players wear their jersey, correct playing shorts, correct playing socks and boots and their appearance must be neat, clean, and tidy.

Team Officials:

• As with the players, appearance must be neat, clean, and tidy.
• Coaching staff are required to wear their Coaching Staff shirt,  League Safe and Sport Trainers to wear their usual yellow, blue or orange shirt. If a team official does not yet have the correct uniform, a supporter shirt will be loaned to them for the purpose of the team photo.
• Covered shoes must be worn.

The following is NOT permitted by players or team officials:

• Baseball caps, beanies, headwear - (*Exemptions may be granted under certain circumstances related to medical  reasons, national dress of overseas visitors or religious beliefs.)
• Thongs
• Bare feet
• Jewellery, cultural or religious adornments, earrings
• Watches, bracelets
• Skins
• Clothing that is overly revealing and obscene or has offensive language or gestures on it.

• Each player will receive one team photo and one individual photo. This is including as part of their registration pack.
• Additional team and individual photos, and family photos can be purchased through the Club at a cost of $10 each.
• To order additional or family photos, please go to the canteen to complete the order form and pay.
• Photos will be presented at the end of season break up event to all players whose registration fees have been fully paid.
