New Club President Appointed
At our Management Committee this week, Paulette Henderson was appointed as our new Club President. The role of Club President is to be the principal leader of our Club with overall responsibility for the Club’s administration, through leadership of the Club’s Management Committee.
Paulette has been a member of our Club since moving to Ipswich in 2016. Paulette is passionate about the game and our Club, and has been involved in many aspects of rugby league including as a sports trainer, with female participation, school rugby league and representative programs. Paulette is a big believer in the role that rugby league plays in the social development and well-being of our juniors. We are sure you all join with us in wishing Paulette the best and offer her our collective support as she takes on this new role.
Paulette takes over from Ian Murphy who served as our Club President in 2021 and for the beginning of this season. Murph is a stalwart of our Club, and we would like to thank Murph for the hard work and passion he put into his role as President. Murph will continue to support the Club this season in his roles as U8 Age Group Coordinator and as our Club Referee Coordinator.
Canteen Helpers Needed!
This Saturday (30 April) we have 23 teams playing games at home. It's absolutely vital that each team provides 1 volunteer to help operate the canteen in the hour leading up to their scheduled home game.
When we host junior game, we are responsible for all game day operations with volunteers required to be ground officials, first aid officers and scorers, to set up and pack up the fields, and to staff the entry gates. This stretches as pretty thin, so we rely heavily on additional volunteers helping us in the canteen.

Registration Fees Due: 30 April 2022
As we head into Term 2, we would like to remind everyone that player registration fees are required to be paid in full by 30 April. Please use the next week's training to finalise payment of fees including any Fair Play Vouchers that haven't been presented yet.
Payment of registration fees can be made at the canteen during training or via our Online Form, while Fair Play Vouchers can be sent to brothersregistrar@hotmail.com.
New Supporter Apparel Available Soon
Deliveries of our new range of 2022 training and supporter apparel are on their way to us, including polo shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats and bags.
Once all items have arrived, we will arrange for the pre-orders placed earlier in the season to be collected. Following this there will be a limited supply available for sale through the canteen.

Date Claimer: Little Leprechauns
We will be running our Little Leprechauns program for 3 to 5 year olds again in 2022. The program will run over 5 Mondays commencing on 18 July 2022.
Little Leprechauns is our program for introducing 3 to 5 year olds to rugby league through skill-based, non-contact activities and training drills. The program runs over 5 x one hour sessions.
We are finalising the program details now and registrations are expected to open in late May. In the meantime, learn more about the program on our Little Leprechauns page.
